With more than 20 years of corporate experience and an impressive track record of leadership across four continents, I have helped global organizations like Motorola, Google, and Lenovo achieve outstanding results, including optimizing over $1.1 billion in operations. But my greatest pride lies in helping women reconnect with their ambitions, authenticity, and purpose—balancing their professional and personal lives in a way that feels aligned and fulfilling.
My turning point? Motherhood.

Becoming a mother to Beatrice, my daughter in heaven who watches from above, and Benjamin, my rainbow, completely transformed my perspective on life and career.
It taught me that success isnʼt about sacrificing who you are but about creating harmony between your goals and your essence.
My Journey
I once believed the lie that ‘success requires sacrificing who you areʼ—until I discovered that true leadership begins when we stop fragmenting ourselves.
10 years ago, I was in your shoes—feeling accomplished but disconnected. As a determined global executive, I was hitting every career milestone, but I often asked myself:

This question sparked a journey of rediscovery. While leading teams across the U.S., Brazil, India, and China, I realized that traditional leadership and business models werenʼt designed to honor individuality, balance, or heart.
So, I decided to create something new.
Thatʼs when I developed the SHE® Methodology, combining strategic expertise with systemic and heart-intuitive intelligence. This unique approach helps women achieve their professional potential in a sustainable and authentic way— aligning their ambitions with their true essence.
